- To trusted third-party service providers that help operate the Service.
- To Workspace Owners and Administrators according to your assigned role and permissions.

- To protect the rights, security, property, or safety of LiaLoop, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Service;
- Maintain your account and workspace;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes;
- Enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account, your personal information will generally be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless:
- Applicable laws require longer retention;
- Certain records belong to your organisation or Workspace Owner;
- Information must be retained for accounting, taxation, auditing, security, or legal purposes.
Workspace records created during your employment or membership (such as invoices, project logs, leave approvals, or financial records) may continue to be retained by your organisation after your personal account is removed.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Despite these safeguards, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Our third-party service providers may process or store information in countries outside your own. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable privacy laws.

In-App Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by navigating to:
Profile → Security & Legal → Delete Account
Once your request is received, we will process it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account removes your personal account information from LiaLoop. However, certain business records that belong to your organisation or Workspace Owner (such as invoices, project records, leave approvals, payroll records, or audit logs) may be retained where necessary for legitimate business, accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
LiaLoop is designed for business and professional use. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When material changes are made, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or through other reasonable means.
